1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Agents Market ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, digital AI products, local AI agent containers, web AI agents, AI token packs, browser automation tools, and related software (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You may be required to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Digital Products, Access, and 14-Day Refund Policy

Agents Market sells digital AI products and services, including local AI agents delivered for Docker-based use, cloud or web AI agents, browser automation workflows, setup and support services, custom implementation work, subscriptions, and AI token packs. Customers may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting us at support@agentsmarket.xyz or through our official support channel.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor used at checkout, including Paddle or any other merchant of record or payment provider we use. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card network, bank, and customer location.

Refunds may be declined when there is evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, repeated refund requests, violation of these Terms, substantial product usage, completed custom implementation work, consumed AI tokens or credits, or services that have already been fully performed. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

Before buying, you are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, deployment type, operating requirements, token details, subscription period, compatibility notes, and all terms on this page. By completing checkout, you confirm that you understand and accept this 14-day refund policy.

4. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment providers or merchant-of-record partners, which may include Paddle, Stripe, or other supported processors. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms and conditions regarding payment processing. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information. If you purchase a subscription-based service, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Refund requests for eligible payments must be submitted within the 14-day refund period described above.

5. License, Usage, and Intellectual Property

When you purchase or subscribe to an AI agent from Agents Market, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access or use the applicable software, dashboard, token balance, or local container for your personal use, creator work, internal projects, or organization workflows during the active access period stated on the product page. All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to code, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Agents Market. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or modify the core software for commercial distribution.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices.
• Use the software to create a competing product or service.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You are solely responsible for your use of the AI agents and any consequences that arise from such use. You agree not to use our products to generate, distribute, or promote harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content. Furthermore, you agree not to use the Services to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including terminating your license and reporting you to law enforcement authorities.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our AI agents and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. You use the AI agents entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Agents Market, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agents Market operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
